Please note that we require a $179 Refundable Incidnetal fee to be paid prior to your check-in date. This fee is paid directly to us and is fully refundable given the fact no damages had occured to the property and non of our house rules and policies were breached.
Your health and safety are our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces.
This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours.
There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted.
As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. We understand that pets can bring great joy, and we hope that you and your pet will have a wonderful stay with us while respecting this request.
